“ 今日はチャーシュー麺を頂きました。 前回から店員さんの声掛けが明るくなった気がし、サービス雰囲気ともに以前よりさらに良くなったと感じました。 麺の茹で加減、背脂の量、味の濃淡、トッピング等、自分の好みで選べます。 若い方向きなのでしょうが、時々コラーゲン不足なのか(笑)無性に食べたくなります。チャーシューは好みでバラかロースを選べます。箸で持ち上げるとくずれてしまうほど、トロトロです。 先日、福生店でも塩とんこつを食べられると来店しましたが、もっちり中太麺、好みの問題でしょうが、塩とんこつならやっぱり昭島店!年内営業最終日しっかりスープも飲み干してきました。 駐車場は7台分あります。 ”
“ 限定麺祭りのために訪問 外は大雨色々な 警報が出ている状態でしたので空いていました 店舗 横に無料駐車場が4台ほどあります 中に入って 券売機で限定面の山芋アワビ茸醤油ラーメンを注文 バラチャーシュー 1枚 追加トッピング 平日15時前に到着し 店内に他にお客さんはなし ラーメンもすぐに到着 小川の普段の白のスープとかは使っていない様子透き通ったスープきのこのいい香りがします 麺は 細麺 ストレートですが 普段の白とかの麺のような白っぽい麺ではなく 少し黄色っぽいような感じがしました すりおろした山芋と小葱きのこが乗っておりました きのこは甘い味付けで漬け込んであります きのこの出汁が効いてるさっぱり系のスープです上に油が浮いてるかな? さっぱり系ラーメン として とても美味しくいただきました 帰る頃には雨も止んでお客さんが5〜6人来ていました ”
